At Modern Jean Clothes Shop, we’re committed to making your shopping experience seamless and satisfying. From the moment you place your order to the delivery at your doorstep, and in the rare event you need to return an item, we’ve got you covered.

Shipping Information

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

International Shipping: We ship globally, excluding certain Asian countries and remote regions. International customers may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our jeans, tops, skirts, and other clothing items. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear, swimwear, and final sale items unless they are defective or we’ve made an error in your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
3. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the original invoice, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
5. Ship the package to our return address (provided with your RMA instructions). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
6. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your new item to you.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. It may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
• PayPal: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return and will appear in your PayPal account shortly thereafter.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this when you contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or we’ve sent the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll apologize for the error and arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement item at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

We accept returns from all countries we ship to (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with returning items. Refunds will be issued in US dollars, and any currency fluctuations or bank fees are the customer’s responsibility.
