Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the original invoice, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to our return address (provided with your RMA instructions). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your new item to you.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. It may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- PayPal: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return and will appear in your PayPal account shortly thereafter.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this when you contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or we’ve sent the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll apologize for the error and arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement item at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
We accept returns from all countries we ship to (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with returning items. Refunds will be issued in US dollars, and any currency fluctuations or bank fees are the customer’s responsibility.
